Taylor Lautner and his wife, Taylor Lautner, have welcomed their first child together.

The 34-year-old actor, best known for playing Jacob Black in the “Twilight” franchise, and his 29-year-old wife, shared their happy news on Instagram Wednesday, revealing the name of their daughter to eager fans, who have long joked the child should be named Taylor like her parents. And while they didn’t name their newborn directly after them, the couple still managed to pay homage to their shared moniker.

“One week loving our sweet little Lenny,” they wrote in a social media post, which also featured a photo of their baby snuggled up in a pink blanket and a cream-colored onesie with a cross stitch of a teddy bear laid next to her.

“Lennon Taylor Lautner,” the caption concluded. “9.16.2026.”

The couple revealed they were expecting back in March with an Instagram post, featuring a photo of Lautner kissing his wife’s baby bump.

“What’s better than two Taylor Lautners?” they joked in the caption.

During a recent appearance on Alex Cooper’s “Call Her Daddy” podcast, Mrs. Lautner coyly confirmed that the name Taylor was in fact on the list of names for their future child.

“It may be in the mix. We will find out when the baby comes.” she teased.

“I feel like if I don’t name my baby Taylor, the Internet’s literally gonna cancel me. I’m gonna get canceled. But I’m like, ‘Guys, are you really gonna want that name?'” Taylor added.

“We used to always joke that if we’re having a boy, we’d name him Taylor and call him T.J.”

Lautner met his wife, née Taylor Dome, in 2017 through his sister, and they got married on Nov. 11, 2022.
