Don Lemon implies Megyn Kelly looks like a trans woman on podcast
Published in Entertainment News
Former CNN host Don Lemon and his podcast partners took aim at former Fox News host Megyn Kelly during a program that mocked her personal appearance.
Lemon, who was cut loose from his cable news program for saying most women are no longer in their “prime” past the age of 40, dismissed his 54-year-old counterpart as unattractive and masculine on Monday’s “Clip Farmers” podcast.
The Kelly-bashing began when Lemon’s co-host’s John Cotter and Chris Miglioranzi referred to the conservative commentator as “chopped” at the end of the program. After being told that word means “not hot” Lemon, 59, agreed, “Yeah, she’s chopped.”
Lemon then went on to explain what he finds unattractive about Kelly.
“It’s a lot of hair pieces and makeup and it’s, like, too, I don’t know, the whole MAGA look,” Lemon explained.
He further complained that women in the MAGA media world are too thin.
“Eat a f–ing cheeseburger,” Lemon suggested.
He then accused Kelly of looking like a transgender woman.
“As they say, she looks clockable,” he charged.
This time it was Lemon’s co-hosts who needed to look up the pejorative being used to describe Kelly.
“It says clockable, uh, in transgender slang, a person who can be recognized as transgender,” Cotter read from his phone.
There’s no indication Kelly is transgender. She hasn’t addressed Lemon’s dig and didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
